Deposit:

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. A rental agreement is forwarded to you at the time of your reservation.

A deposit of 50% of your rental fee is required to reserve the unit. The balance must be received by 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you fail to pay the balance by then, your reservation may be cancelled and your whole reservation deposit will be forfeited.

If you book the unit within 30 days of arrival, you are required to pay the full rental fee.

You are held responsible for any breakages or damage to the property during your rental period. In order to protect us against any excessive cleaning, breakages and damage caused by you, a $200 security deposit is required from you payable at the time of arrival. This is returned to you within 21 days after your departure when an inventory and damage check has been performed.

Cancellation and Change to Booking Fees:

100% refund minus $50 administration fee if your cancellation is received up to 60 days before your arrival date.

50% refund if your cancellation is received up to 31 days before your arrival date.

No refund if your cancellation is received within 30 days before your arrival.

If we are able to rent the unit during the cancelled rental period, we will credit your account, up to the value refunded, that you can use to book the unit in the following year of the cancelled booking.

If you need to make a minor adjustment* to your reserved rental period, we will do all we can to comply and will charge a $50 administration fee for making the change. If we are unable to make the necessary adjustment, due to other reserved bookings, and result in you cancelling the reservation, the appropriate cancellation fee will apply. You will be advised if the adjustment takes you over to a different cost bracket. Additional rental charges may apply and you will be advised about this at the time. The adjusted rental period will not be confirmed until any outstanding costs have been received.

* A minor adjustment is defined as moving a reserved rental period by up to three days earlier or later.

Check in and Check out times:

Check in time is no earlier than 2pm. Check out is no later than 11am.

If you arrive earlier than 2pm, prior arrangements can be made to store your luggage until you are able to check in. If you intend to stay in Playa del Carmen after the check out time, prior arrangements can be made to store your luggage after your check out time until you need to leave.

Early Departure:

Refunds are made at the Owner’s discretion.
